Comments are working for me right now.

When I went to your link, I saw the link below when looking at the *what other people bought that looked at this product* section. Check out this link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/customer-reviews/B000NAE648/ref=cm_cr_dp_all_helpful/002-4856842-0543206?ie=UTF8&n=3375251#customerReviews

It has a product description for a Soloflex machine that is similar. This one actually gives somewhat more detailed info on studies that have been done. And what an improvement on the warranty - 1 year instead of 10 days! Comments were also interesting as well as the guy who commented on the comments.

It does make sense to me that you can improve your stretching by having your muscles simultaneously vibrated. About a year ago, I realized that I could greatly improve my seated hamstring stretch by rotating my legs back and forth while I was doing it -- somehow this got my muscles to relax while I was stretching intead of tensing like they would otherwise. I'm guessing that the vibration could cause a similar phenomenon, perhaps to a greater degree. If my gym had something like this, I'd try it.

The other studies mentioned sound interesting, but I don't care enough to do my own google research!amoosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07533845040342838498noreply@blogger.com
